Free international shipping
Shipping is free to all destinations currently available in our checkout, including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability for your destination.
Estimated delivery times
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days.
- Belgium and Germany: 3–5 business days.
- Other EU countries: 4–8 business days.
For the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and other destinations outside the EU, delivery times depend on the destination and carrier service. Before ordering, email info@j-artswork.com with your country, postcode and the artwork you are interested in to request a destination-specific delivery estimate.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance may extend delivery times for shipments outside the EU. If we become aware of an unexpected delay affecting your order, we will contact you.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the EU, import taxes, customs duties or carrier handling charges may apply depending on your destination and order. Free shipping refers to the transport charge. Please contact us before ordering if you would like clarification about possible import charges and how they will be handled for your shipment.
Protective packaging and insurance
Paintings are carefully packaged to help prevent damage during transit. Shipments are insured as standard.
Damage during transit
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include clear photographs of the packaging and damage so we can provide a solution. This request does not affect your statutory rights.
