Right of withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right online, complete the form below before the withdrawal period expires. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice.

Return costs: the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. We refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Exception: commissioned works and goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal where the legal exception applies.
